Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Original packaging must be intact.

Returns Process

• Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Obtain a return authorization number.
• Pack the item securely with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package.
• Ship the item back to us.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 3 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exceptions

• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
